MENTOR — 30-Day Founding Beta Access

MENTOR is an AI field coach built from real Boilermaker experience, for the questions that come up when the work is real, the clock is moving, and you need a straight answer without the classroom speech.

WHAT MENTOR DOES

• ASK RENN: Get practical guidance for welding, Boilermaker work, tools, jobsite knowledge, and safety.

• CHECK IN: Talk through your body, mind, money, home, brotherhood, and life on the road.

• QUIZ ME: Build your welding, safety, and Boilermaker field knowledge one practical question at a time on desktop.

• BE A BETTER BOILERMAKER: Work on money, habits, leadership, layoff planning, and becoming the hand people can count on.

• Ask by voice or text, add a field photo, and hear Mentor read its answer aloud.

• Flag a missed answer so Renn can review it and help make Mentor better.

YOUR 30-DAY FOUNDING BETA INCLUDES

• 30 days of Mentor access
• Up to 50 questions per day
