Refund policy

Road Hours (digital) — refunds
Road Hours is a digital product. It is delivered by email as an access link and code. There is nothing to mail back, there is no physical return, and we never charge you return shipping for it. No "same condition" or "original packaging" requirement applies to Road Hours.

When we refund the $9.99:
If access fails. That means you paid and never received a working access link or code, or the link or code never opens Road Hours, and it is still not working after we resend it. Email us at renndontcarebooks@gmail.com and we will resend access first. If we cannot get you working access, we refund the $9.99 in full.

When we do not refund:
Road Hours is a tool you use to log and total your own hours. It is not refundable because an hours total disagrees with an employer, a union, an agency, or a paycheck or pay stub. Those are disputes about your records, not access failures. If you believe Road Hours is calculating something incorrectly, tell us and we will look at it as a possible bug.

Physical items (apparel and books) only
These rules apply only to physical goods, never to Road Hours. You have 30 days after receiving a physical item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact renndontcarebooks@gmail.com. If your physical return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages and issues (physical items)
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if a physical item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can make it right.

Exchanges (physical items)
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the physical item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Digital products are not exchanged; access issues are handled by resend or refund as described above.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If physical merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase. For digital products such as Road Hours, EU withdrawal rights may end once you access the download, so the access-failure refund above is how we handle Road Hours.

Refunds
For physical returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. For Road Hours, we notify you once we confirm access could not be delivered. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at renndontcarebooks@gmail.com.
